I may deny your commission if I feel that I'm unable to fulfIl your request.
I may post commissioned artworks in my portfolio unless otherwise stated by the clients (including fees).

once I accept your commission, I would need a detailed description of what I should draw
I am allowed to decline any commissions if I feel it is not suitable for my style or current skills. (things I am not skilled at drawing: elderly, hyper realistic people.
Please provide adequate references for your character(s) so the process runs smoothly. I recommend at least 2-3 references or a detailed character sheet.
Changes are only allowed in the sketch stages. Any major changes after rendering will incur an additional fee. In the case that I miss an asset or important detail please notify me and these will be changed free of charge.
Refunds are allowed if I have not started on the commission yet. Otherwise no refunds.
